What we collect
We collect the contact, order and fulfilment information needed to prepare your food, send receipts and provide order support. School orders collect only the student name and class/year where required for packing and delivery. Students do not need an account.
How information is used
Information supports ordering, payment, preparation, delivery, account access and required business records. Authorised staff can review order details; approved organisers can only access their own organisation’s batches. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, rather than stored in this app.
Your device and secure links
A cart and recent secure order links may be stored on this device to make repeat ordering easier. Saving contact details is optional. Keep secure order links private, and avoid saving contact details on a shared device. Signing in is optional for personal orders.
Service providers and requests
The ordering service uses Supabase, Stripe, Resend and Vercel for data, authentication, payments, transactional email and hosting. Contact The Happy Place to ask about access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to required business record retention. The business will confirm final launch contact details and privacy policy before public ordering opens.
