Order ahead
The current menu, prices, available days, cut-offs and fulfilment windows are shown during ordering. Availability is checked again by the server before your order is accepted. A cart or payment redirect alone does not confirm an order; the order-details page shows the verified confirmation and payment state.
Collection and selected delivery
Please collect at the place and time shown on your order. School, worksite and workplace delivery is available only for configured destinations or joined groups. A ferry window describes a collection or handoff context and does not imply integration with a ferry operator. General island-wide delivery is not currently offered.
Payment
Online card and supported digital wallet payments use Stripe. Pay at pickup is available only if enabled by the business. Company invoice orders require an approved business account and a group configured for that payment mode. Preview menus and example prices are not confirmed launch offers.
Allergies and changes
Tell us about allergies in the dedicated checkout field so staff can review them. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you need to change or cancel a confirmed order, contact The Happy Place promptly. Final business terms will be confirmed before public launch.
